Track your application

Enter the reference ID from your confirmation email and the email address you applied with. If they match an application, we email a secure link to that address. The link opens your application, where you can see its current status, any documents we still need, and your payment.

How do I track my application?

1. Find your reference ID in the confirmation email we sent when you applied (for example VIS-000123).
2. Enter it with the same email address you used on the application.
3. Open the secure link we email you to see your application status.
