When you book a Service on Voybora, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: traveller names, dates of birth, nationality, contact details, and travel dates. Visa applications additionally require passport details and, where the visa type requires it, supporting documents and a photo.

We also collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard web logging, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to process your booking, communicate updates about it, and provide customer support. Passport and document images submitted for a visa application are used only to complete that application and are not used for any other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with suppliers and authorities

Depending on the Service booked, we share the minimum information necessary with the relevant party: government visa authorities for a visa application, ground transport or lounge operators for an airport service, and tour operators for a holiday package.

We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain booking and application records for as long as needed to fulfil the booking, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. Passport and identity document images are retained only for the period required to complete the associated application, after which they are deleted.

International transfers

Because we operate across multiple countries, your information may be processed in a country other than the one you are booking from. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
